Always finding great parts, definitely a source of inspiration for me.
Glad to be an inspiration for you cause VIPwryann's wagon got me into this civic wagon RT4wd world ever since i seen his wagon in Mt. Hood meadows parking lot and was wondering how a civic got up here with all this snow then i did my research and been on ever since. A little short story is my 1st car i ever drove stick was a red 1991 Honda Civic hatch SI that my friend had and learned to drive standard on it. Now I own a civic wagon RT4wd an EF like the hatch.
Great work on the CF panel. I am going to pick your brain on the water/meth injection since I am looking at adding it as well.
Carbon fiber panel is sick huh...yeah i like it alot! The custom gauge pod worked out very well just have to SEM paint it blue or find a blue housing which I had a hard time finding which is why i got a grey one. Just let me know and i'll see what i can do to help...
Awesome Ridgeline! how do you like it? is it the daily driver?
Honda should've used the MDX 3.7l or atleast made that an option. Power needs to be improved just a little. Rides smoother than other trucks really feels like a big car. Suspension is great bound rebond feels right during normal conditions and minor snow 4x4'ing heading to the parking lot of Mt. Hood Meadows and Timberline ski resort. I really purchased the truck to go snowboarding and it does handle very well in non extreme conditions. This past winter wasn't that bad and my ridgeline handled it like a boss but we'll see as the next winter season is approching and i'll be playing in the snow just a bit more than last year. Body roll is a slight issue i feel that the suspension needs a little stiffining up. The interior is perfect for the sport model but the SE/RTL model needs a little more luxury items added like padded dash/door panels and other comfort options. Honda should've offered a off-road package for the sport model like suspension, tires and engine performance items. The only difference from the sports and regular models is the stock sport model accessories that wasn't an option as to the other models you have to select them, black interior and wheels/tire combo. I do like the out door options you can get like rear cage and motor cycle/dirt bike guides bascially all the rear bed/roof rack accessories offered are great editions to have for outdoor purposes.
That fill and drill looks really neat, nothing like ive seen before on this side of the great pond.Great works man, I love this.
Yeah man www.spinfab.com is on another lever when you compare fill and re-drill work to VRwheels and other companies that offer that type of custom work. I forgot to mention that he also adds hub centric rings and asks what size you want installed.
I'm trying to mimic this sedan but on a wagon. I do understand the pinstripe placement on the sedan he covered the reverse light portion which i think looks sick on a white sedan. I'm planning on painting my wagon white so i think it'll match.
...Shout out to the sedan's owner below he did a great job with the pinstripe placement on his rear tail lights...
I going to do my own rendition of it on my wagon but well see how it turns out. I may or may not like the outcome but will try anyway. I just wanted to purchase the complete set just to see how it looks complete but will eventully only leave the rear light portion/rear fog at the end of the day. This is the reason i purchased 3 sets so I can experiment with one set and the 6 extra sheets i requested. I'll prob keep the second and sell the third set.
Ready to send my JRSC manifold/s-tube to LHT Performance for water to air intercooler upgrade and S-tube porting service but waiting on return call for shipping instructions....
Ok, Chris at odbweldingwerks, is currently working on my awdk24 swap and I'm trying to convince him to make shock tower extentions for wagons. Bay looks great btw.
This build is straight awesome!! I might even mimic your battery placement, haven't decided if I want to keep it in the bay or not. And lht does the jrsc wonders, they've seen upwards of 30-50whp gains from their modified manifolds. Good choice man. If you would'nt mind letting us know how well the power steering loop and fuel tuck kit works, I have been looking into both of those setups for a while now but have been too much of puss to pull the trigger.
How's the bay coming along? All painted and done?
Also I am glad you didn't hack up your strut towers, for one cut in a square form like the one you pictured promotes cracking and stress..If done they should be cut in an oval with no straight corners. Also they don't really do a whole lot on EF's, they are much more worth it on accords and DA integras. Anyways lol, looks damn good so far man!!!
I was finishing lines tester. Here is what i have hooked up so far >>
Passenger side wheel well
Driver side wheel well
Compression fitting connected to existing OEM hard line to rears on the passenger side
***Don't mind my messy cabin harness. Cabin and engine harness will be redone
Proportional valvle mock-up location
Top line connects to driver side wheel well. Yes you have do drill a hole on the driver and passenger side to route the supplied tucked lines.
Need to drill 2 holes for the 2 brake booster tucked lines which is why there hanging for the time being
This is an example of an EG enigne bay with willwood's brake booster delete which i am not doing. I'm keeping my OEM brake booster. I got this pic from Finishing lines for example of location placement of my brake booster tucked lines. Pictured is an EG kit which is what i dont' have just remember this is just an example cause no one has this kit yet and i'm there test mule.
Post install and feedback to Finishing Lines the only issue with EF brake line tuck'd kit is the length of the wheel well short flex line. Below is a picture of what will be sold to correct this issue. I'm still waiting on my hard line set.

Supercharger unit just got delivered today. Took PSE Superchargers about 6 weeks to perform full rebuild and paint minus rotor replacement from USPS to PSE then back in my possession. Didn't have time to open box cause I had to leave to work but will take pictures tomorrow of the unit itself.
Complete rebuild aint cheap but worth it for peace of mind from a OE certified company.

Engine bay is all painted and for sure i'll document both power steering loop and fuel line tuck kit install. Still need to drill 2 holes to attach the last two cabin 90 degree elbows pictured 2 posts back.

Been watching other people's builds for a while now its my time to shine...
Seeing the results and documenting it is my goal, i can't wait my self. That's what i said when i first seen a sidewinder header.
Yup, i wonder what color my manifold will turn to? can't wait to see my self.

LHT Performance JRSC W2A intercooler info...
Painted with 4 coats of clear.
But my tower strut and part of the frame got hammered in a bit to fit JRSC idlers and 4-rib alternator pulley.
