Ditto on the blades. it will surely make it look bad ass.
  • bam-bambam-bam Council Member
I'll try to find a pic of blades to show her. Personally, I like the straight-spoked look of Si's better.

Going out to install the door panels, wipers and such...

yeah, I've been watching those. They're actually nicer than mine, but I'm NOT picking the wheels. She derides mine because they have acura centers

Update: Got most everything buttoned up tonight, will drive it to work for the first time in awhile... since paint fiasco started. As soon as I get this one satisfactory, I'm swappin' the bamwagon :)

I honestly think some black rota's like the Spoon's on NJ's wagon would look good. I mean, I understand cramping someone's style and all though. lol
  • polished HX wheels would set that off

    got some?

rev, i like the slips, but this car needs no more black, but a color or alloy look. I actually think that red w/ a polished lip would look good, kinda rat-style.
  • only if you are putting fat white walls on it too

check out a set of Drag DR-16's in red with a polished lip. would be very nice!!!

Lol... No prob Pebbles. I think the fit wheels or any set of OEM honda's will look great on your wagon. The new paint job and the restore is asking for a nice set of Honda wheels. Just my opinion....

I think these Honda VTi's will look sweet on there too....

what size tires on the 15" Fits? 195/50/15, right?

    NOT LOWERING!
  • NJCIVICWAGON1NJCIVICWAGON1 Council Member
I would go 195/50/15 on any 15 rim or 205/50/15.

  • RevmaynardRevmaynard Council Member

Wheels and tires will be installed tomorrow. Can't wait :D .
I drove this car to the junkyards today, and wow! If mine was this slick I wouldn't be swapping it. Motor now has about 1000 miles. Pretty soon will have to do the mpfi swap and Si tranny...got all the parts.
  • RevmaynardRevmaynard Council Member
Awesome! Can't wait to see how the wheels looK! How did the junkyard go? There was a bunch of nothing last I went. I managed to get a decent tail lights off the gray wagon and some stuff off the blue 87 Integra.

All I got is nighttime spy shots...they all suck

117.jpg Hope I can get some better shots tomorrow, i didn't get home in time today. FWIW, Mama's happy... and if Mama ain't happy, ain't NOBODY happy!

Junkyard: yeah, pretty slim pickings. I went to find obd1 injector plugs and a spare dpfi harness, and I succeeded. But no passenger mirrors, speaker pods, complete d16a6 motors...
