Excuse me for asking this, as it might sound lik a dumb question. What do you use to reseal the lights after taking them apart. I'll be doing the same thing and don't want to use some random stuff to reseal it. Thanks

It's cool man. OK after you get the lense put back together put it back in the oven 200 degree's for 12 minutes. Take it out and squeeze it all over. Your reusing the factory stuff.(Let it cool down)Then take some permatex clear rtv silicone adhesive and go around the seal for a water tight bond.
Thank you. So Finally had a nice day and not hurting so bad ,I decided to go out and try and get the pole finished up. Stupid me I thought I was gonna have to cut into my corner light wiring, but after looking at it and taking the bulb socket out, I figured out that my pole harness had a small jumper harness already on it. I plugged the actual light socket into the female and other part into the male and it worked.I guess not being on a bunch of pain killers really isnt a good thing when working on a car. Pics...
It looks krooked but when the bumper is actually screwed down and in the right place it is pretty straight. I also have to get the actual metal bracket screwed down to the metal support.
Lol, so I take it u like? What u think of the lights?
Yeah, I like the parking pole. I didn't know if I would but it works! I still kind of scratch my head about its usefulness but I suppose the parking spaces are really tight in Japan. My brain which has grown up in a country that spans a continent has a hard time imagining an entire nation packed into less square footage than quite a few of our states.
I like the look of the lights but I don't know if I'd go to the effort unless it also had a useful purpose. Does the yellow change the light that hits the road? More clarity?
(All this talk about usefulness and I'm painting parts to dress up the engine compartment, lol!)
Yea I know what your saying and The lights do have a lite touch of yellow while on. Since I wont cut my bumper for regular fogs Im hoping they work for that some. i like the pole still have to do some things to get it just right. My idea was something a little different that not so many people have on there wagon, yea it does look bad ass at night. Oh and for painting stuff and usefullness goes, Just do it.
Just a few pics of the subs a friend recovered for me. I actually have been meaning to post these they are Harmon Kardon 6.5 inch subs so I get some bass but not over the top Dont even have a radio yet. Also I have the box made as well ill post that up later but, it all fits in the spare tire well. Thats why I decided on the 6.5's. Also something really good....enjoy.
Hey thanks man,
Ok so today being somewhat a nice day went out to work on the pole a bit, Its been krooked and has bothered me so got that done. I need a fabricator, need a plate made to bolt this thing down. I also found out that the tip screws off and was almost so loose that I wouldve lost it..Id been so mad. So anyway here are some more pics to drool over..J/k
Not really an update but, I just wanted to post this up. I got this this past summer from a guy that I worked with. I wish it would have been a wagon, I wouldnt have opened it then. I did open today thats why the pics.
Nope, wasnt kidding. Thanks by the way for the compliments. About the fogs I dont wanna cut this bumper up. Now if I was lucky enough to get oem fogs(yea right) and another bumper just in case Id probably do it. Red pin stripe aye? I dunno about that with the color scheme im doing. White, black, and gold with a red stripe? May have to photo shop it and see. Well stay tuned cause it'll get done just gonna take time. Im thinking about pulling the lower console I have cause it kinda looks not so great. Id rather have a wagon one or a teg. I also wanna do the rear seats to match the front. There's so much to do and no cash or friends to really help. I wanna get outta this dang town. Also as far as motor I wish I had atleast a d15b2. Noone wants those, id like to find one for almost nothing(free) but cant. Thats all for now.

For the stripe, what most people I have read do is get the pinstripe tape from your local parts store and just apply that. I did that and they have a good choice of colors. I saw that you're going with white and gold theme, they have a metallic gold stripe (which is the one that I put on mine) and it looks pretty good. If you were thinking of a stripe you could do that. just FYI.

This is from inside the car.......
With Highbeams on...
What the high's look like...
But now you have a sweet green light on a pole! So jealous....reminds me of wannee music fest, and mushrooms...
On the back of your bumper there's outlines in the plastic for cutting it out for fogs from the factory. I say cut it.
White hondas deserve a red pin stripe around on the molding and bumpers. hintyMcHinthint
SUPER job cleaning it all up, I can't wait to see how it comes together
