wicked updates and mods...don't forget the '5' hahaha lol
Nevar! Hard to forget the work I put into this bitch.
....and I went to the wreckers to pull the D16Z6 and I spotted a shiny line in the front of the block while disconnecting wire and such for removal. Took off the head and noticed that I might not want that engine...
I ended up taking the head home, anyway. It's in pretty good condition, besides the grime.
Already paint 'jobbed' the vc.
D16Z6 ECU and some mo betta headlights that I refinished with loads of inside black.
Found these and they snuck into my tool bag...
Refinished HB signals.
This will work on the wagon? Hope so. Seen others with this dope bumper.
Nope. I don't even have a deck! Sort of like awe. I was looking at pics and thinking how nice it'd be to sit on the deck and build an engine when I realized it was a raised deck. Started wondering how to get down.
The wife and I got it onto the deck.....she didn't like it AT ALL. Getting it down will be a lot more fun, considering the head wasn't on the block when we put it up. Trans was attached, though.

REALLY clean hood.
Transmissions and such. Transmission mated with a D16Z6 should be an Si trans, no?
Valve covers. I shaved the timing belt cover off of the bottom one.
Pretty.
I like your valve covers.
Very clean looking build. Motors are fun.
