haha ive had the parts for weeks and wanted to get them on today. worst case we can just rock the dodge to the meet havent u ever heard the saying lifted trucks make the panties drop? how u think i met my wife haha she hates my truck now.
haha yeah and with the new turbo ill be doing 50-55lbs shootin for about 450whp with it.
Are you going to do headstuds?
I can push my S362 to about 37 psi. I don't want to go much farther than that. If I have to do studs, I might as well port the head, o-ring it, upgrade the valvesprings and start looking for an S400 to add on.
I think I might do a cam next, I dunno. I don't hardly drive the thing anymore except if I need to tow or move something.
Assuming you don't know that they're talking about diesel trucks... maybe read back a little
Even still, it's an intersting comparison that the what, 6L truck needs 50-55 lbs of boost to make similar power levels as a 1.6L does on 20 lbs. Torque, on the other hand is what stops the earth turning!
I wasn't actually intending on making an apples to apples comparison, just really commenting on the "numbers". I truly do understand the difference between 300ft/lbs of torque at 6,500rpm and 750ft/lbs of torque at 1,600 rpm!

I have over tourqued stock head bolts with a new gasket. local shop here is running it on a truck making well over 500whp. im lookin for a super b, 3 piece mani, and the hot unlock for my programmer then i will be content for a while. the dream would be to eventually twin turbo, south bend DD clutch, head studs, O-ring, and another fueling box to try to get me to 600+hp but thats some big money.

She lives! started up 2nd try (dam firing order was off) and idles nice but the 3 year old gas in the tank is makin the throttle response horrible...... gotta do a lil work here and there like strap the battery down, lower hose, and put the front bumper back on. test drive her and then off to get an alignment on monday. Ive never actually driven this wagon i bought it with a blown motor late last summer. ill post some pics tomarrow.
finally get to drive her! got a ghetto radiator set-up with no fan..... sitting for nearly 4 years with an 1/8th of a tank of gas wasnt good i filled her up and she runs better but still kinda ruff. gunna change the fuel filter and throw some heat in the tank to see if it cures the problem. not the cleanest set-up but i kinda just threw it together.
Oh ya and im gettin some skunk2 pro s full coilovers on saturday so im gunna wait till i get them to start adjusting height. feels good just to have her goin!

Because I'm pretty sure this means you're not working on the wagon lol
Biggest thing I've driven was a wagon.
Jus' sayin...

jesus. i sure hope it will take you less boost than that to reach your goal.
i was making 449whp on just 20psi on my boosted Z6 setup. on stock sleeves..
LMFAO

Anyone wanna limit their D to 4k rpm and run 50lbs? lol
Its amazing how Torque breaks things
Wagon looks really good.
took a shot of the truck tonight as well.
of course power strokes are un-reliable when u start adding power and a duramax is just too expensive for me.
you should upgrade the valvetrain with some stiffer springs so you can turn up your rev limit.
i have a buddy running his 24 valve at 5600rpm. it sounds like complete madness.
dont mind the ghetto vtec wiring job its all gunna come apart someday for a full tuck
gunna roll the motor outside and lift the car up and drop it right on the motor.
