I changed my 2 front wheels bearings, BUT the one on the left side was a little loose . It's crazy, because it's new... Maybe I damaged it when I put it in place.
I dismantled evrythings another time :?
This time I used REAL bearings : KOYO
When you push out the "wheel hub", it always comes with the bearing inner ring (blue arrow) :
Then you have to remove the big "circlip" to push out the bearing.
The wheel hub, without the inner ring, I (gently) used an angle grinder to remove it.
I cleaned everythings, apply some grease... and used my hydraulic press tu push the new bearing into place (it's not easy has it seems):
Then put the circlip into place, and push the hub in the bearing (using my hydraulic press) :
Everythings is in place ! Now there is absolutly no loose ! I rebolted everythings on the car.
Remember it may seem a bit loose until you tighten up the hub nut.
When I put mine in one side was very loose and had about 2mm of play in it, once I put the hub nut on and torqued it up all movement was gone. The hub nut clamps it all in place
I have to clean it a little, I think I'm going to "sand blast" it... I'm not sure about a complete paint job, It's to expensive. I'll try to fix the rust myself, I'm going to take some welding lessons
And the BBS are comming SOON !!!
Well my friend, you have one of the nicest wagons on this planet.

The big one use clips :

Yes I know, but it was loose when I tightened up the hub nut to.

Since then, and i've been participating in this site, and seen more of these things, it's started to grow on me.

I finished my little sound instal :
In the begining I didn't want to cut the stock rear parcel shelf... And finally :
The OEM rear wires were a mess to find, and they were very very short.

I really need an armrest, I find a very cheap one on ebay :
I didn't want to drill or glue...
I use big adhesive VELCRO from 3M, aeronautical quality !! Yes they use it on helicopter
would you ever sell the EK4 wheels?
