Ouch. That looks pretty gnarly. Good thing you have the know how to fix it yourself though!
It looks much worse than it is. I only know how to do things because Im too cheap to pay someone to fix it!
I just use the internet to my advantage, have service manuals etc that pretty well show me what to do when I get stuck. In saying that Ive been working on cars with my dad since I was 12 or so, changed my first clutch/gearbox when I was 15. Good skills to have
I have the cambelt back on, havnt reassembled the rest yet as I have been quite busy.
Also this project will essentially come to an end here, I have just bought a House so have next to no spare money to spend on cars (though I do still have some parts in transit)
End of the year I will be doubling my take home pay however so all is not lost
Alive again! Had a few issues along the way, went to assemble it 2weeks ago and discovered I was missing the little disc that goes between cambelt pulley and crank pulley.
Got that, put the new pulley on with heaps of loctite and did it up super duper tight and left loctite to set. Next day put alternator belt on, then the power steering belt....F@*k new pulley takes a Micro V belt, power steering pump is the other type.
So got that pulley off and thankfully the friend I got it from has several Bseries motors lying around so he gave me a crank pulley off an Integra Type R motor. Put that on this morning and shes away.
I also moved house yesterday/today so just in time (is only just down the road) new garage is much bigger and also heaps of room for parking so we dont have to park on the back lawn like the last house.

I also have been approached for a bit of a feature on the Shuttle at some stage in the near future so I will be scraping some money together to get the paint on the roof and bonnet touched up (hopefully cheap but good) and have some more bits waiting to be installed before then as well.
I have a growing selection of steering wheels for the Shuttle, not pictured are the Mugen SW2 and the OEM Shuttle wheel.
I figured I might as well put them to use, so they are sitting on the shelf in my lounge room
would you sell it fit you would the mud guards? ive bought plenty of things over sea. nothing complicated.
also whats rubbish bin?
Im assuming you mean will I sell them? No, I dont sell parts overseas sorry.
And as wagodizzle said, rubbish bin=dumpster. Rain guards are long gone. They were the first thing I removed as one was damaged and I dont like the look of them.
Is that the Accord SiR-T? That thing is beautiful! Got any more shots of it? Engine bay shots, interior shots? That was my favorite car in GT2. Still is my favorite Accord!

It most certainly is, 1997 CF4 Accord SIR-T however for some reason it is registered as a Torneo. A Torneo is essentially the same car but with different front end and different tail lights.
I have very slow internet as I am away from home at the moment but will try get you some pics on the weekend
This whole thread has made my day worth while lol amazing build thread and the car looks great only making me even more stoked to get my b series into my wago along with some of my other items I picked up for her as well...I see we have the same steering wheel hoarding condition lol
To prove this isnt a garage queen here is a couple pics from Todays adventure:
Had to navigate (if in doubt flat out) some rather large mud bogs in the middle of the road and my headers/sump are looking a little worse for wear but it was good fun
Little video of some of the smoother road here, wish I had a vid of hitting the mud bog in 2nd on the rev limit http://www.flickr.com/photos/35431636@N07/5924798316/
NZ do you use anything to guard the undercarriage?
Mostly just good luck and ignorance So no, everything hangs quite low. I dodged most of the big rocks but heard a few decent bangs. We have had a lot of rain so the road was mostly mud, no gravel as it had been washed away.
Ive been too afraid to look under there since actually, those pics were taken before the return trip, it got a lot more dirty then and I was carrying a lot more speed as I got more comfortable with sliding around in the mud. I think I was getting up to 70kp/h and sliding through the corners. Had to pull over and stop a couple times as there was fully laden logging trucks coming the other way and the road got quite narrow.

How it sits nowish(earlier this year):
In this time I have only done 17,000kms and it has been off the road for 1year
Tell me about it
Its doing a few more ks these days though. Integra sits in the garage with a flat battery just like it should
Will be fitting new body panels tomorrow hopefully then get quotes for paint
