Your car is sooo clean! Crazy drama I went through the same thing with my old neighbor but he lived in the apt. above me. This is gunna be a good Christmas for you I think I know what your getting
Wow, nice build man. I love the wheels too! I want to get a set of those. I'll have to run them on a different EF though so I'm not copying you. Sweet job on the DIY paint job too, looks awesome.
wow that sucks about the paint thing, did you spray paint it or was that legit painting it ?
The whole thing is spray painted. I think I didn't let it dry long enough. And when I sprayed the clear it pulled up the wet paint from underneath. I'm going to let this dry all week and then clear it this weekend

That looks like lifting from under the paint. Before you sprayed the paint did you use some kind of wax/grease remover to remove any foreign contaminants? Also how cold is it where you're painting? If its below 60 then you really have to give it lots of time to dry. try to get some portable heaters in there or something.
Yes sir I used a degreaser and a primer temps about 75-80 degrees yea still hot down south. I sanded it all down and started over. I'm going to wait till this weekend to clear it, give it extra time to dry. My wife will be enduced on Monday so I guess the car won't be done before she gets here.
Well I started clearing the car this morning.... Then my wife got the call. Dr said we need to have the baby today at 2:30 pm. Can't believe ill be a dad in a couple hours!!!!

Being a dad is the best feeling in the world. GOOD LUCK and Congrats!
Congratulations Evan! Tell your neighbor thanks for me the baby clothes are killer! My girl is going to pop any day! And my husky pulls stuff like that all the time! Take it easy.
Thanks guys!! She's amazing I love her so much but I got about 3 hours of sleep last night. Long night lol all good tho. Car has been wet sanded down to 1000 grit just needs one more sanding and polished and buffed out. This has to be the longest paint job I have ever heard of lol. I hate to say it but it should be on the road by next month.
I know man me too lol I see it everyday when I open the garage lookin sad like it needs attention lmao. I just need a whole day to buff it out... AND then 4 hours to wax the entire thing. I still think the car could be painted it this extent over a weekend but you have to be committed. I just don't have that time just a couple hours here and there.
