not sold on the sideskirts being white but ill see how it looks lowered. It's only paint. Your opinion?
  • how did you make the antenna block off plate?
  • I personally think the skirts should be black.
  • I ground it down with a dermal and then filled it with body filler. Ghetto and would never do it with the body but the antenna supports no weight and doesn't move so no biggie.
  • looking good!!! i agree, skirts need to be black though.... what kinda wheels u gunna go with????
  • I ordered wheels and tires 3 days ago they should be here in about 2 weeks. I still wanna keep it a suprise. still trying to figure out powdercoat color tho.

basterd haha. i was bidding on them!
  • 300 for those?
  • Would you PLEASE consider sending those in to get molded? I would happily (as would many others in the big thread about it) PAY to support that process and help you recoup your outlay.

I had a plan to do a DIY on vent visors. I've been thinking about it for a while now . Anyone trust me and wanna send me 2 sets of sedan visors and 100 dollars to cover time and supplies ? Goal was t cut, extend and "weld" back together. You guys have seen my work and know I can do it. Then I could send that set in to get molded. If you guys wanna split that I would be willing to go that route. If you do we can talk about it in the vent visor post not here please
  • So I took my drivers side door off to wrap it in suede and noticed a big chunk of wood in the door WTF found out it was holding up the window... Damn. I went to the junk yard and both wagon door cranks were gone. That's ok ill just take one off a ef sedan. Nope they don't fit due to a extra tab in the back and messes up the window angle so here's my little DIY mod

you can see on the right side of the pics the extra tab
    262.jpg

just drill out the 2 spot welds and gently pry the tab off
    263.jpg

Here you can see I drilled out a hole and notched the channel a little so I could get a socet in there to tighten the window clamp
