You should get a vinyl that says "civic" in the style of the OEM hood bra and put it on your hood :)
And what did you use to make your tail light corners red?

Yea I thought of that too but I kinda like the no emblem look. I made the civic logo on the bra with white plasti dip and just wasnt feeling it :( .I used the same paint as the corner lights from hobby lobby i think it's called "break light red" took like 4 coats. Super easy to do
  • I think those dress up bolts add a nice minor kick to it.

Was bored so I just went through your whole build thread

GOD DAMN , favourite wagon ever
  • this is the best OEM looking wagon in my opinion, maybe its the white paint, i've always been partial to white paint. Well since you've pretty much got most of the EDM/JDM goodies, maybe there are a few more to look for? EDM/JDM full rear cargo cover/plastics? or how about RTi Front bumper with integrated Foglight housings? those are pretty nice....EDM center console? or do what I was planning, integrate a ipad mini or samsung tablet and make it fit in the middle right about the central air vents on the dash, then you'll have a fully functioning navigation and headunit that you can bring inside and use....I've been toying with making an integrated unit (well at least make it look integrated) and have it connect ti ipod or AUX on your normal headunit. Also, I've noticed that optional armrests for 2010 honda fit will work nicely with our wagons. they sell the whole kit at the dealer for about $100. Last but not least, cupholders...something that won't get in the way of other things functioning. I've been thinking about subaru cup holders that fold into a cubby and its sleek...but I've got school and won't be doing any of these things until summer...but I'm willing to share my ideas unlike some people on here :P

  • Well my wife and I have decided to no longer be in the military after having our little girl.We thought it through and with both of us having fathers in the military and knowing how tough it is dont want to put our daughter through that. This now opens up a new world of problems for us jobs, where to live, getting out into the civilian world. So the wagon will be taking a break for a while... Maybe forever depending if I'm able to take it with us or not. I would really hate to sell it but if I have to I have to. Sorry guys :(

Dont be sorry! Family first! Great respect for that decision! Hell, the wagon makes family outings sporty anyway. :encouragement:
  • Yes bro, do t worry about it! Prennro is correct, family should always come first and you could always find a wagon elsewhere and rebuild it again later...immaterial metal compared to living and breathing loved ones, it's not a hard choice. Albeit, do your best to Keep the wagon lol.

  • Still holdin on to her so I figured while I had my sewing machine out makin some floor mats. I'd try my hand at some uber straight lines. Looks a little VIP style.i really like it hope Ivan do the seats too.

So crazy! Today I had a crazy idea of integrating a computer system into my wagon, something that looks oem but will have computer capabilities! Idk how I will, but I'm going to find a way to fit it in, whether I use a computer system, or an iPad or tablet. I'm building my to be awesome for long road trips! Let me know if you have any ideas man!
  • Nothing is going to look oem. A brand new iPad isn't going to go in a early 90's car. If you wanted to do that just get a flip up DVD player. I'm going to stay away from both... Theirs way to many crappy drivers in the road we don't need any more.
  • I would like to know how you got the fabric to "tuck" under the top section of the door panel.
  • RoRoRoRo Wagonist
a guy on an integra forum intergrated an apple tabloid into his console , had full Internet etc and it looked OEM, except the teg has a double din so it worked well
  • Nope still not giving that one away. Gotta be unique in some things
