There's yet another in the works, we'll see some different interpretations there I'm sure...
Nose: I made mine shorter than the original concept- for simplicity's sake, and Anne and I are both like 5'7"
Floor height: I wanted it lower, but the rear suspension was in the way. It can be dropped I'm sure, I just compromised again for simplicity. Funny, when I built this it was supposed to be a one-time gag for Import Alliance last year. Had I known it would have such legs, I might've done some things differently!
I sometimes get the itch to do another, but I rarely repeat myself.
your wago-camper is f'n titties. I would love to have one. You sir, are one lucky guy.
Great job on it too. Man, how cool it must be to be able to have a bed and stove in a spare
wagon you pull around with you.
I just noticed the other day that the rear hatch glass is shattered- I guess the next project is glass replacement. Has anyone done the hatch glass yet?

Funny, I bought my '90 wago with no rear glass. I tried to remove one myself and almost got all the way around cutting the sealant then my blade got jammed between one of the lower mounting tabs and the glass and *POP* it shattered! I'm actually driving down to Seattle tomorrow to buy another hatch with glass intact so I don't mess that one up Bonus is it's the same color as my car now 8) Removing a broken one is easy...and gluing the new one is place doesn't look that challenging. From what I can tell, you just have to put the alignment tabs on the glass at the bottom, the trim pieces too, then apply some kind of polyurethane window sealant, line it up and push down. Probably making it sound easy because I've never done it myself. hahaha!
I have a couple of hatches to choose from, I could swap the whole thing, but this one is shaved and a custom color. It's been a bad year for glass around here!
Windshield in my wagon 2x (and it STILL leaks!)
Windshield in the wifewagon
Windshield in the Suburban is cracked
So is the littleredwagon
maybe i missed this on the the other pages but i wanted to kno if u thought of keeping the nose for extra leg room when u sleep? or woeld it have been too much weight for the wag to haul?

I'm like 5'6". I actually would've liked it to be even shorter to cut down the tongue weight.

The possibilities....
I could have my Wagon w/Wwago-camper & Insight w-Insi-camper
Anyways,
Bam how did you form the Hood Lines?
great job on the drag'n wag'n and the thread!
Come on up for the wagon meet at the lake 6-19!
So you cut 2 fenders and a hood?
I guess I can go that route..
That looks great.

Now this?
windshields i understand zipping down the road and debris pops up & smacko ..
.. but the hatch on the camper ..????
I think the hatch glass trim is going to be the worst part.
oh yeah, still needs tint before our Florida trip next month
Key West. Made a thread about it... I'd like to meet up.
No, just the glass. Cut the one out of BabyJ's old hatch.
