I may be wrong (hope I am!), but I think Luke parted this out recently.
NOOOOOPEEEE. I parted out another 4wd wagon.
I took the built motor to the dyno. It made 230 whp at 13 psi....then blew up on the dyno at 15 psi. KABOOOOOM.
I replaced the built motor with a stock z6. I had it tuned by Jabaayfab in Chicago. 8 psi on the street on 93 octane. 18 psi on race gas. 18 psi on the stock block is pushing it for sure.
We have started filming wagon attack 2. We are using really high quality cameras with some ridiculous video editing. I can't release too many details but Wagon Attack 2 is going to be wild.
Wagon Attack 2 drops on the internet on December 4.
omg luke you & matt are insane with that air. i cant wait for the video to drop, i'll buy the fucking dvd. i cant stop looking at the picture. also were did you get the mast from?
Isn't the mast part of the sand dune competition thing? I remember seeing a pic with everyone that was competing had the same flag
nah you have to have a mast mounted on the front bumper with the orange to be legal. 8-10' from the ground if i remember. i was planing to take my wagon there over the summer and had to do my research. http://www.thinkdunes.com/sand-dunes-7/
This will certainly show my ignorance, but "sand dunes" and "Michigan" seem odd.
Tell me about this - seems really awesome.
Michigan is home to some of the the most beautiful sand dunes in the country.
The most famous is the Sleeping Bear Dunes located along the northwest edge of the lower peninsula.
For Wagon Attack 2, we used the Silver Lake Sand Dunes, which allow access to off road vehicles. It is mostly lifted-up trucks, sand rails, and 4 wheelers covering the dunescape. That is, until the wagon showed up.
I am astounded that the springs and frame can take the stress of landing. I'm going to go visit your build thread just to see if you've done anything to the suspension.
Next time there's a WOTM contest, use this picture. I think you'd be a shoo-in.

Glad I'm building the gold version then!

They are used so that you can see other vehicles coming over hills and whatnot.
Billboard said he is working on putting something together on the site for the upcoming Wagon Attack 2.
