just seems like every product used on the car is getting special attention.
Of course they are, that's how sponsorship works. I'm sure Bisi didn't start out at the top, but now he has WORKED his way there- where vendors line up to get their products on your cars. This is a project at a level above most of ours, and I enjoy seeing the updates.

Well considering I cant seem to find the aftermarket kit for bushing's I thought I'd ask. If someone thinks I'm of my rocker for asking thats fine, but I still need the bushing kit for this wagon.

Same as Civic hatch. Full kit can be used on Wagon.
hey bisi i love the car, love the color, love the wheels.
got a question for ya. do u have any pics or specs on the
cage you put it in the car. i want a cage like that.
Now, I love me some Wagovans but I have seriously rewatched that motormavens video 25plus times just to stare at that ungodly-large turbo under the hood. Great job, great build. I'm a fan and actually plan on sourcing as many parts as I can from Bisimoto.

Thanks. It is a chromolly 5-point cage made to NHRA spec, legal to 10.00 elapsed time. It also has a cool detachable swing arm for the track, that is removable for ease of driver entry and exit.
and still no dyno plot.
It's a 700whp wagon only in theory at the moment.
Sure, Dominus...as it is a quest...but you will be VERY suprised. Patience is a virtue.
Thanks for the kind words, guys, and my apologies on the delay. I was out of the country on business, and just returned this week. After the break-in with the Torco TBO on our Dynapack dynamometer, we drained the dirty break-in oil, and filled up with Torco SR-1 Racing 10w-40 synthetic oil.
The TBO did an excellent job in scrubbing contaminants from the freshly built engine. Below is a picture of the Golden Eagle drain magnet after the break-in period.
A nice advantage of using the Dynapack dyno, is the keen advantage of having access to the “set speed” function: this allows a dyno operator to break in street and race engines by setting a predetermined RPM target, and varying the throttle accordingly. This also allows for impeccable tuning of partial throttle environments for the ultimate in drivability: a huge advantage over inertia-style roller dynos.
With some tuning, on my part using, the new AEM tuner software and the series 2 AEM EMS, we were able to extract an amazing 389.9 whp and 255.3 wtq at the Turbonetics RG-45 wastegate pressure of 13 psi!!!!
With numbers like this at low boost, on unleaded pump fuel, without the activation of the AEM water-meth kit, we are in for a great ride…and the possibility of exceeding our power goals! This example is a true testament of the reliable power that can be realized, if you choose the right parts for your build. With peak torque hovering in the 7400rpm range, and the horsepower at 8500 and still climbing, the Bisimoto level 3.6 camshaft was performing its designed duty.
I have some many items to attend to since my return to the US. I will try my best to come back soon and share some mid boost level runs, and share some of the issues we experienced with higher boost levels...and how we solved them.
Bisi that is hands down the most awesome wagon , I have ever seen . Congratulations , you have set the bar .

wasn't meant to sound that way, it was intended as a compliment ... a little tongue in cheek, but a compliment nonetheless
What you said was exactly what i intended to portray... Bisi has been a standup engineer in this industry for many many years. and i was just indicating that.
I apologize if it came off the wrong way. ABSOLUTELY no disrespect intended.

I completely understand. Some guys on the other forum are so upset that a wagon makes more power than their b-series integras/civics, and they only way to show distain is by bashing. Long live the lowly wagon!
^i know what you mean! there just made they spent 2500 to 4000 on a dohc vtec swap, that they could have put in to there stock sohc motors and made some good power.
Honda Insight brakes... will they bolt onto an EF?
Had someone ask on RPR if they would fit on a 1st gen CRX to help with unsprung weight since they are aluminum. I figured they would since rotor part numbers are the same and most Honda brakes are the same mounting pattern on ther caliper brackets. And since I know you have had some Insight experience, maybe you could give me some info.

agreed.... i don't think anyone is doubting Bisi... but the big claims have to be backed up with some hard evidence
Plus i just want to see the pretty graph :P
