Something is still wrong. The 10.3" Integra discs don't protrude that much to the 23T bracket. Did your machinist grind the inner part of the bracket? Where it would hit the knuckle around the bearing housing area? You know this has to be grinded too, right?

And by DC2, you mean Integra Type-R, cause the other 94-01 Teg brakes are totally different. Are you from outside the US?
I'm from Italy, here the DC2 are 5x114.3 and the rotors are Ø282,so i've used the EG6 rotors Ø262.I've followed the instructions in the topic and my problem regards the inner part of the caliper.I've grinded the inner parts and now the brakes works fine,i've only to change my master cilinder and brake booster to 1".

Yeah, I've done this 20 times or more, never had to grind the caliper. The rotor is an integra 4x100 10.3" disc, and the type-R pads do not hit. Yours are positioned too far inward. What is the casting number on the back of your caliper? There is a 17CL15VN (the one you want) and a 17CL14VN (from other cars) that won't work right. Does your bracket say 23T in it?
