  • Don't get me wrong. I was suggesting that his build is so awesome already that topping it is going to be tough!

Can you get pics of the EDM rear interior? We have some european guys on here, but no one has ever posted pics of the rear interior. Thanks man.

Went back and looked at page 1, saw the interior, sorry. But, can you still mount speaker pods with this interior, or did the EDM interior have a different spot for rear speakers? Thanks again.

The rear speackers for the EDM rear interior weren't sold in my country (France), but i can see them on EPC (I can't get the part#):

They are for a wagon, just OEM pieces.

For everyone else speculating what the big news is: I'm sorry but at this point I can't say what is going to happen because I have to make sure it doesn't fall through. I let my excitement get the best of me the other day when I said something about it. Sorry to keep everyone in the dark but I can't jinx it. :(

    Hhahahow Can we thank you...

    wotm no?

seriously!, if some one can do this- we should all be ashamed of ourselves...
  • did you do any thing to make the wheels look like they come out more and aren't sittin inside the well so much or is it just the new rim size? also i saw in the before pic u had a bumper sag problem on ur right rear bumper. it looks like the owner before me had the same one but he just drilled a screw into it to keep it their. howd u fix urs so i can take that thing out and make it normal?
  • love ur wagon man
  • MrM3MrM3 Council Member
The offset of the wheels is what makes it sit in the openings how they do. The bumper issue was just where the bumper was ripped from the support at the wheel opening.

Thank you to everyone else for the kind words.

By far my favorite wagon! I plan on going H series, would you say there is any downs to having this in a wagon? H's are heavy and I hear they throw off your steering quite a bit, do you feel anything like that in the wagon? Sorry if I'm jacking the thread but one more thing, YOUR CAR IS THE BEST ON THE SITE! IMO
  • MrM3MrM3 Council Member
Thank you so much. The downsides I see with this engine is the difficulty level on fitting it into the car. It wasn't an extremely difficult thing to do but it's still a lot harder than a B series. Actually H's only weigh something like 40 pounds more than B's. That's a huge misconception with these engines, but the people that say that they are too heavy typically do not have much experience with them. So to answer your question no it does not make the steering feel weird. The only thing it has is tremendous torque steer while under full throttle.

Congrats on the mag pic. Is that from S3 mag?
  • MrM3MrM3 Council Member
Yeah it's in S3. There's also an engine bay shot in there.

Cool man. Sucks that me and my buddies suscribed to that mag at IA and none of us got a copy yet. :(
  • MrM3MrM3 Council Member
Only one of my friends has got his copy so far. I know one of my friends emailed them to see what was going on.

I wonder how insane your car would be if you managed to do an H-B convertion and used an lsd crx b16 tranny?
  • Or a CRV transmission and either 4WD or RWD!
