Would you be willing to sell a set? Both of mine are damaged.
Sorry reddragon but wagon parts are harder to come by here then they are in the US. I really only have one clean set left, the other has some slight damage to it but useable. I unfortunately need to keep what I have left as you never really know when another wagon is going to pop up.
Remember I have a six month old daughter that takes up most of my time. So I usually only work on the wagon on Saturday when I have some time in between working on the yard, and the house.
My wife paid for the rear flares so they should be here this week so hopefully I can have some progress pics this coming up Saturday. Don't worry NJ progress pics are coming
so the flares on pg. 15 are the fiberglass ones you have been workin for awhile correct or are they factory fenders from different car...? anyway the car looks sick ima gonna pics of my wagon soon...!! rwd conversion itbs, bbs rs 16x10.5 and 16x8 my car is comin along slowly!! well let me know about those fenders they almost look factory im lovin it want a smilar setup for my wide wheels!!

Go a page back and you will see that these are not the fiberglass ones. I should have stuck with the fiberglass ones as they would have been easier, but if I messed these up I would have an excuse to buy another wagon However it looks like it might just work out but I have to fix quite a bit of rust on the other side. So I will be cutting and welding quite a bit on the other side.
I am still not liking the way the flares continue down past the bumper. This wouldn't look as bad with a fiberglass fender. I will figure something out though
big fan of your progress man 8) id love to find some metal flares, and really need to do something for my rear!
your rears are the ish! its working out perfectly to me. yes i see the bumper issue in the front, it shouldnt be to much trouble to patch things up, if you got this far i have complete faith!
big props for shure! i know how hard it is to do flares, and on the front of the wagons it is hard to make it look like it flows, took me like 6 months before i liked the lines on mine! i really would like to go a little wider like yours though, as i would like to run 205/50 tires. tire stretch looks ok, well to a point, its just i dont like the way the tires feel on turns!
are you going to keep the same color, or are you doing a color change? its a good red though, i dont think we get that red in the usa on many civics, if any.
i cant wait to see the whole thing complete for shure  but just remember, the longer it takes the better it will look! lol you get to keep your sanity as well
Luckyskywalker I finished the last rear fender but I had quite a bit of cancer that required some cutting and welding before I could finish it up. I actually have quite a bit of welding more to do because the cancer ate into the inner fender well which required me to cut that out also.
205/50 shouldn't require anything near what i am doing. I have a 255/35/16 on the rear .
The next thing is to get the body work sorted out some more then fab up the custom exhaust. The wife bought me a super expensive TIG welder and luckily my neighbor welds for a living so he will be helping me fab it up. i have something different planned for that as well.
I also don't want to go with a complete color change but am thinking about a satin blue seeing as how that is the wife's favorite color. Satin blue and powder coating the wheels flat black along with the beagle bar is what i am thinking about. We will see though.
So here is a little update. haven't worked on the car much itself but decided to play with some stuff I had laying around the garage. Seeing as how i recently purchased a certain something from a certain somebody it got me thinking about my options. So here are a couple of pics to give you a little hint to change number 123,230,234 i will probably never get this car finished since I can't ever decide which way to go

This thing is in super condition. Just need to source a couple of kick ass lights for it and cut up some diamond plate for a skid plate.
Here is another pic of the fenders. They need some more work but I wanted to see just how much was needed. They are getting there, slowly.
Sell me one of those beagle bars! haha
One of our German members has an older wagon he wants to sell so if the rust isn't too bad I might see how my extra beagle bar looks on that
