I know it's not my wagon, but this car needs to get done before i can start real work on my wagon, so i thought someone here might want to see what's been taking all my time away from the wagon....

    Here's some pics, enjoy

Back on her feet again..... for now... the suspension's gotta come back out and get refurbished after it's painted.

Once this beast is up and running, i'll be swapping it for the wagon for daily driver duties and the work on the wagon will begin :D

BTW, the lift is temporary... for ease of getting around the wells. :D

    Thanks for looking

Putting a lotta hard work into your CRX - looks good though. All the preparation will be worth it in the end!

Yeah, i hope so :) hope to be done by end of april or so, we'll see if i can keep that. Almost to paint, then it's all downhill :)

    Edit:
anyone who's interested can check out the original thread here:

That way i don't clutter up my Wagon thread :)

Well, i went to pick and pull today with Chris, and low and behold there was an 89 Civic Wagon there!

Got a couple parts from it, mostly body stuff:

Pulled all 4 doors cause they are all better than what's on my wagon now
    408.jpg

Misc Pieces: Rear mud flaps (rt4wd), shifter console, license plate frame, and roof rack
    409.jpg

Passenger side fender: in good shape
    410.jpg

Driver's Side Fender (not great, but can be repaired, and might have better potential than what's on the car
    411.jpg

Mint Dash with all the trim pieces! and not crap brown!
    412.jpg

    413.jpg

    Good condition front corners

This will probably take me a few weeks to get installed, but it'll be worth it, and get me much further along with the bodywork

    Thanks for looking

Ah SUNROOF! Sick dude! I want to put one in mine but I don't have the money and don't trust myself doing it. And that new dash is going to be clean. And 4WD flaps. You're doing it. Very nice man.

nice score! i was going to check that place last weekend when i was up visiting family in vernon but i never got a chance.

was it actualy a RT or did it just have the flaps?
  • DarrenDarren Wagonist
It was an RT.. 430,000 ks and auto but it was very clean... sadly, cleaner than mine lol

haha damn i was gunna see if you wanted to snag me diff, tranny and drive shaft, but its auto and is probably pretty narly with that many kms. i heading back up may longweekend so i might stop by a grab the diff and drive shaft.. might be good to have a spare kickin around 8) .

It's been a while, i'm almost done with my CRX project. Thought i'd post a little teaser.

I mentioned a while back that i'd be putting an ITR swap in my Wag. Well, it's probably going to happen in the next few weeks here. I've secured a 2nd ITR that i'll be putting into my CRX and my known good ITR will go in my wagon, with a bunch of necessary parts.

That will leave the CRX project a little behind, but hey, the wags is where it's at anyway!....

The "new" ITR will be rebuilt and go into the CRX when it's done because it needs rings & valve stem seals. Being that the CRX is a longer term project, this shouldn't make too much of a difference.

Parts making their way into the Wags:

    - '96 spec Integra Type R JDM B18C w/ S80 JDM Transmission with LSD
    - Unknown B->D swap linkage w/ ES bushings
    - ES Front LCA bushings
    - ODB2 wiring w/ stock ECU
    - Random 4-1 Header
    - 94+ DC Integra Axles w/ ITR halfshaft

    future (after swap) plans:
    - 90-93 DA Integra Knuckles w/ 10.3" brakes
    - 90-93 DA Integra 15/16" or Accord 1" Master & Booster
    - Steel Braided lines
