Today did the ecu wiring, installed the radiator and AC condenser. Also installed the compressor and some lines, only as necessary to put the radiator in. Cleaned the evaporator, vacuumed the carpet, inventoried some parts...
A local wagon friend came over and we traded some parts- I got another complete RT4wd drivetrain for spares, he got some body parts and some LS motors. Good trades are like that- both parties win. I'm not sure if he's on here, but I look forward to good stuff. He's thinking big!
Funny, is that the motor is so low in the Vid, it almost looks like there is no motor at all..
Glad to see it up and running! Won't be long till you have some fully assembled rolling shots(knowing you).. I think your going to like that one so much, that you forget about your DD.. LOL!
GOOD WORK BAM!

Can't wait to see it on the road!
I think I see another Ride of the Month!
DRMORTY... i disagree ... he will ride Goldie & make that CNote so crazy with that new motor he has for it ... a complete tear down and obnoxious rebuild of that motor and probably tranny so the trailer tower will be quicker and faster than that ride to Tenn. IA we took (awesome ride that day towing the wago-camper & leaving the rest of the HCW posse)
as far as seeing it on the road .. LOL Bam will have this thing on them back trails he's been riding that trail bike
ride of the month .. NAH .. this is the HCW BUILD of the CENTURY..!!!

I wish i could be there to see what some folks are gunna say to ya when yer fueling up.... the WTF looks are prolly the best part of owning a HCW especially something like this. yer the man BAM
Thanks. Drove it up to the corner for fuel today with no front clip...funny.
Stopped by my buddy's shop. He didn't know what to think
Then went to O'Reilly for some goodies
Back at bamtech, hooked up o2 sensor and extended AC harness, installed ac belt, toyed with water/ meth inj. Hooked up boost gauge and started controller wiring.
ha ha...I get such a kick out of seeing pictures of this thing out on in the wild. It kinda reminds me of an old Iroc-Z that I saw lifted when I drove across the country about 17 years ago. Holy crap...that just made me feel old...
Actually it rides far better than the lowered civics I've driven...
It's just a little bouncy. Once I'm happy with the setup, I may spring for new OE style struts.
im not sure if the struts will help... when i did the Accord front set up & integra rear on Scrappy my ride became stiff and i guess rigid (corners great) but i feel every line on a concrete highway & pot holes n Washington DC are dodged like im worrried about bottoming out (for the fear of that tooth ache pain when my jaws slam shut..) :x
but if anyone can figure out a nice happy medium ... im sure its you & i will follow suit (i just want to get Scrappy back on the road ASAP)

getting some serious work done!
Good Work Bam.. I might have to make a road trip when this beast is running!

Put it on stock steel wheels for a pic .. I gotta see it! Your wheel well gap is gotta be awesome!
Bam doesnt need any tags :!:
think outside the box
he doesnt even have a front tag mount :P
if bam wasnt himself we would not have any type of Wago-Camper or half the wagons of GA for that matter....
BamTech
he might have dull computer program knowledge
but his cutting edge is sharp
and welding skills are long lasting
When your the Man.. Your above all those trivial laws! LOL
