flash lights? im confused, and whats a saloon? the 4 door? and the drop kit for the truck is saposed to b here tomrow acording to ups .i think the wedge needs new wheels wha do yall think i should go with ? i would like to find widnd steelies and get them powder coated dark purple
oo for the light thing thats what i thought u were talkin about i always end up takin pics at night for some reson . i really need to stop that since they all turn out like crap!! lol .for the 4 door rims are stock civic wheels there called hx's i built that car to be a sleaper and those hx's are really light and still keep the stock look i did full 2 1/2 exshust and welded a small 1 7/8 tip on

I picked up a front lip off a older volvo for 5 bux and a new muffler off a 92 integra for 13 hole dollars.
I put the muffler on tonite i didnt get picks yet but ill take some after work tomrow .
but i did take a few other pics i got a new wood grain wheel made by a company i had never herd off call raid and i also bought my sport maxxs back and stared stripping the paint off them so i can re polish them
i also tried my hand in painting to make it look like wood i did a first try on my spark plug cover im gona go back and hit it with some light accents to make it look just right but it turned out ok and after i get that right im gona try to paint the valve cover too lokk like grass dont ask my me and some buddys were just tryin to think of somethin we have never seen and thats all we came up with lol
oo yea i dropped my truck 4 inches all around and put my system in

got my windows done in the truck too i have a buddy that owns a tint shop hooked me up for 75 bux 35 in front and 5 in back
oo yea i forgot to add i was cruzin doin about 10 mph and my upper ball joint broke i ended up drivin home with a peice of metal wedge in the fender to hold the ball joint in place and i had the hood off too so the metal would clear it it was a good night lol i got some cheapy ebay a arms in the mail a couple days ago and snapped a couple pics wile i was workin on it

umm the style that i had on there before alowed for more camber but i think thats what made them break becuz it put it on a really bad angle and the wheel its not a spacer its a really badly made cheap ebay quick release hub
Another update for today i made my front lip off a volvo work, im gona try to autocross my wagon at a local meet up.
so i want to get the body stance right, and get it to were it handles and performs and looks like an auto cross car.
I did a bunch of reserch and the car i liked the most was an gst racing subaru impreza,
it has a raw looking riveted on everything look its a varfy tufflook so i started today with the lip and im gona go back and make air difusers and a front air dam and ill eventually get some simple fender flares that you rivet on and after allthats done im gona start peicing together another turbo setup.
heres wat im talking about heres 2 pics of the impreza i got ideas from when mine is done i want a simmalar setup im just doning the begingi stages now
started out with a front lip off of a 80 ish volvo and i started screwing everything together and after i get it to were i like it im gona go back and remove the screws and put in rivets
i think it turned out pretty good so far it makes it look mean and wide and once i get the flares and correct the camber its gona be full on race time lol
i rembered to snap a few pics of the work i got done yesterday with the exshaust
this muffler is bettter all way around its quite in trafic and it doesnt grind on high parts in the road and you cant here it untill vtec kicks in and when it does it sound great and the best part it was only 13 bux
oo yea i also got some goodies in the mail i snagged an ebay special dual core radiator and a slim mount fan im making room for the future planed turbo manifold it looks nice i think vary sterdy and light im gona put it in after work tomrow ill post up pics of the work i had to do to use it
I love this thread. You haven't done a single thing I would disagree with on this buildup, right engine, right stance, right wheels (Sport Maxx), that's a hot wagon. I keep stalling before I start getting mine the way I want it. Well done.
ok just to start off if you plan on getting one of these radiators expect to do a lot of cutting and a lil welding.
If i would have known that the new radiator was like 3 inches taller than the stock one i wouldnt have even orderd it im to dam lazy for all that fab work lol.
But it turned out pretty nice those ebay slim fans kick ass its seems like twice the power of the stock fan and it looks a lot better too
even after messuring i still ended up closing the hood ad bending the post that holds the cap
yea im gona keep the rivets down to a minimum .
Im gona redo the plastic in one big peice instead of the 3 dif ones ,
and space all the rivets out nice like the ones on that other car.
I went and bought some fender flares off a vw jetta cut them to fit i just have to figure out how to get the plastic to bevile down to make it look right.
Or i just need to stop being cheap and buy real ones i just dont know were to get them for under 150 bux if any one nos of a good cheap fender flare site let me no
wow im surprised the slim fan worked for you. my oem fan crapped out on my 95 civic so i bought some of those slim fans and i would have high temp problems all the time and especially using a/c was not an option.
i ended up going to the junk yard and getting oem fans again.
well if you havent noticed i get vary board with my cars and i change them a lot.
Im not gona git rid of the wedge for a long time but my alternet car will always change a lot .
So today i traded my truck and 800 bux and picked up a pretty fresh mustang gt.
its got :
cams ,
heads ,
headers ,
full exshaust ,
dif gears in the rear ,
5 speed ,
msd ign ,
big cam
i cant rember the lift and dir ,
boared 30 over to a 306 ,
it runs good except i cant even drive it cuz the rain and on the way home i almost spun out in trafic about 5 times
