600 bux? Dang, that's a good deal. I see you didn't waste any time swapping it! LOL at that hood, though. I feel sorry for the poor fool who was trying to buy it for $500. Anyway, welcome to the site.
  • after the header i ordered a set of purple lower rear control arms and camber kit then same day i drove an hour and a half and met some dude off craigslist and picked up tein basic damping coilovers and front camber kit for 400 bucks plus my stock stuff

    IMG_0929.jpg
    IMG_0927.jpg

then like 2 days after that i picked up some fresh cheapy tires

    IMG_0921.jpg

the rims were pretty wide so i had to camber the crap out of it to get the rims to get in the fenders and i still gotta do the front some more to get them to tuck but i think it has a pretty good stance now

  • the seats cameout nice....
  • im not really sure how it rides yet i still gotta do a few things before i start it im tryin to make sure i get everything right before i run it and yea the seats didnt come out to bad for a 12 dolar fix they still need another coat or 2 im makin exshaust tomrow i get the day off for 4th of july so its wagon day all day
  • never used that paint... i was going to use it on a dash once... did it make the fabric feel rough?
  • That stance is perfect and vanity plate is sikkk.
  • there kinda rough when they first dry but after i rubbed my hand back and forth on them a bunch the loosend up and there normal now so i guess ill see if tha shit comes off on to my clothes i bough one of those really long rear view mirrors today ill post pics tomrow of the install
  • today i gota a lil bit of work done i installed my wink wirror and started to remake my exshust and i also installed my hasport shift linkage witha custom lil shifter i thought would b cool that actually came out nice

    DSC11337.jpg

i mouted the braket to the exsisting hole
    DSC11338.jpg

i took the braket it came with and bent it up to fit came out kinda nice to were i can still use my visors sry the pic is so dark

    DSC11341-1.jpg
you can see everthing with that mirror im not to sure how good its gona b at nite but oo well its still kool lol
    DSC11340.jpg

and for my shifter i have a freind that works at harbor freight and he told me that they just throw away all there returns so i went over there peeped in tha dumpster and found this gem its a 3/4 inch braker bar i cut it down and welded it up i think it looks pretty nice for 15 min of work

    DSC11332.jpg
    DSC11333.jpg
  • and for my exhaust i went to the local speed shop and picked up some muscle car style header collecters i hate honda collectors so i figured i try these out ive had them on all my v8 cars and they worked great no leaks with the aluminum crush gaskets and for tubing no exshust shops were open today so i had to go with the pepboys /advanced auto 2 foot sections since thats all i could find i also bought a cherry bomb glass pack to use as a resonator to hopefully town down the b16 so i dont get tickets im also gona use a magna flow high flow cat and a magnaflow straight threw oval muffler so far this is wat i got

this is the new one beside the non moving honda flange
    DSC11407.jpg

this is wat ive come up with so far

Wow... you've done more to your wagon in one week than I've done to mine in 3 years. Props to you, sir. But, aren't you worried about ruining your front fenders with those wheels and that drop?
  • well i have to still do a couple things before i drive it so before then im gona roll crap outa the fenders and adjust the coilovers as low as i can go before they rub i thought about pulling them like the volkswagon guys do a lot but im lazy and i dont wanna spend the money on the paint right now so just roll for .now i gotta figure out how to put my racin buckets in i havent pulled a seat out yet but it looks like the brakets on the wagons bolt on the side of the seat ? is there anyone on here thats put a set of racing buckets in a wagon all i could find was how to put acura seats in
  • stephenstephen Senior Wagonist
seats are gonna take some fabrication. and you will have to use the factory outside rails
  • ThaClutcHThaClutcH Senior Wagonist
Props to the work you put in. I like where its going. That wink mirror is the business, got one myself.
  • well the last couple days i got pretty much everything done that i needed to i relocated the battery ,made the hole exshaust, pulled the dust seals outa the axles so the b series axles can fit in the stock hubs ,tubed up the iac valve, insatlled my spiffy aem cold air intake and i actually started it for the first time today but somethins rong and it wont idole under 3500 so i think i might have installed the throttle position sensor rong but ill figure that out this week some time im just glad its wired up good enought to run att least

for the relocation of the battery i used the stock battery tray from the enigine bay and removed the bottom bracket and tapped out some new holes in the back and bolted it in it turnd out pretty nice
    DSC01421.jpg

i tapped a hole on the bracket that holds the jack in and bolted uup this fresh ass huge ground strap i got for 2 bucks at the local car quest thought it was a lil cooler than just a black wire
    DSC01424.jpg

i cut the carpet a lil bit to were it hugs around the battery came out lookin alright im gona order some of that mexican blanket stuff im gona cover the back seats and the rear carpet and prolly the door panels with it
