I just finally got my hands on it!!!!

I purchased Pebbles Resto-Wagon..

After Years & Years of begging and pleading and waiving money...

;)

I currently now own 4 wagons... Oh, and 2 CRXs and 4 Hatches & 1 Sedan... And, a DA..

She has been sitting for a little bit & barrowed by a non-wagon-loving kid..

Soon I'll have her cleaned up and back up to Par with Bams other rides.

I am naming her Pebbles in honor of the awesome lady that was previously driving her.

The clear coat on her awesome Porsche grey paint decided to fail, so i will be painting her real soon.

    I had to switch from the Dx 2 spoke to a Si 3spoke steering wheel.

    The A/c was also out of freon from sitting, so after a little charge and investigation, I noticed that there is a leak in the pressure switch.. Just ordered one.. I should have time to fix tomorrow.

    Yep... I really appreciate them selling it to me.. I am going to try to make them proud of it...
    I have always like this wagon & I am really excited to get my hands on it..

    Yep!

    Trying to work a deal with a guy from the local hangout.. He done a lot of nice paint jobs.

    Do you know the Porsche Color Code? I figure that it's a great color, so I'll keep it that way.

    It wasn't the actual Porsche color, we visually matched it to a code that the guy could mix in-house. Paint was 200 vs. 1000.

    Of course, you can see what I ended up with...

    I don't recall the whole code, but the numeric part sticks with me:

    420!

    Mounted my roof rack on it today so I could go do a little paddling in the rain.. Still have to get the Thule mounts that work on that roof rail.

    To me it just looks like it needs to be re-cleared.

    The color is still there.

    I'd just do a new clear coat/ better kind of thing.

    I know we talked about that with one of the cars Ryan's hatch on the roof.

    I can answer that, since I had it done. It's 35% on the front doors, and 20% from there back.
