got an update i havent really worked on my car much ,
I kinda wanted to but work and other projects well about 95% of it has to do with me being really lazy its ben down since february and ive maybe worked on it for a months time out of that .
but anyhoo i needed a radiator over flow so i orderd a jaz products unaversal overflow it was a lot bigger then i planned but i made it work anyways, i used some exsiting holes in the rad support
oo i got my tires and wheels in the mail
heres some pics of the overflow after i mounted it and a few shots of the new wheels i got the tires mounted on them today i just havent taken an pics and i need dif lug nuts before i can put them on the car
heres a shot of the over flow uninstalled
i used the holes that were already there i just holowed them out a little u can see them under the drivers side head light
tank mounted
i didnt really like the fact you could see the blue part of the radiator support thru the bumper so i painted the bottom half of it a dark grey color
then i renstalled the bumper
whaaat cheapy sport maxxs again but wich ones ???????????
cant wait too see
sneek peak
these are the only good lookin 8 inch wide wheels i could find that fit a honda that a million people havent done well yet
ill post more pics tommrow of the tires on them and hopefully on the car
yea i dont realy like the gold but it was a choice between those black or a basically black and i dont really like dark wheeld there too plain so i was gona rock them gold for a wile and when the new smell wears off im gona strip them and polish them
update:
i found out at work today what had the same lug pattern as a civic lol
i removed the rear wiper so that i wouldnt have to buy new shocks it doenst lift it self but it will hold up after u put it up
and i also found out why i think my brakes are not bleeding the master cylinder is leaking from the backk
oo and i put my wheels on too i havent really had a chance to mess with the stance
i will be doing my new time attack bumper and side skirts and also rear air difuser setup and maybe pull the fenders starting tommrow
oo and i had to do something i didnt want to when i raised my shock tower i calculated everyting for the wagon knuckles and not for the da knuckels wich was a bad thing and they hit so i had to chop it up again and this time i think im just gona make a access panel that i cant bolt on and off
yea im not really feelin the fact that they are sport maxxs, but i was def feelin the fact that they were only 72 bux a piece 320 for all four wheels shipped sounded really good . tommrow ill be getting a new master cylinder since mine is pissin all the fluid out of the back of it , im also gona be on the look out tommrow for some thin aluminum for my rear air diffuser setup
it wouldnt work with the tire the offset is stupid on them there 12x7s
i couldnt get all the way on there without the tire touching the control arm
they barley fit around the drum
ok im the new owner of DAWEDGE and figure i would update the profile and keep it living on. So far i have replaced the head gasket and slowly putting it back together and put on a pass. side mirror. and put a suede momo steering wheel on. some of hoodbridges updates that have not been shown are pulled rear fenders and i helped him delete rear seats before deciding he wanted to let it go. and oh yeah i got new suspension now on to the pics
and the new suspension
