well this is a video of my idle its kinda crappy but you can see what it does
and NO i didnt hit the acclerator i simply let go of the brake pedal half way though the vid i think

are the cables for the tranny in good shape? I had one get pinched in my h22 coupe and it felt the same way. I got new ones and it was fine after that.
