Picking up an '86 FWD wagon. What to look for?

Looking into a project car, found a very low priced listing in my area for an '86 wagon. Owner says no rust, clear title, was running but timing belt broke and bent valves. We'd more than likely just swap it regardless. Anything I should look for, ex: wiring issues, rust, etc? I'm quite new to Hondas as a whole, but my father has much experience in working on vehicles. Heres a pic:

Any help would be appreciated, looking tomorrow at around 5!!

    Just rust and leaking seals around doors and windows I think. Seals are especially hard to replace, if at all.

    Aside from underbody rust, look for electrical issues.
