D16z6 in a RT4WD with Automatic Transmission (troubleshooting issues)

Hey guys, need some help. My friend and I installed a rebuilt d16z6 (1.6 vtec sohc) in one of my wagons. We bolted it up to my stock RT4WD automatic transmission. Converted the main harness for all the components that we need and installed a P28-A52 ecu. After getting her started now we have some issues.

1. I can only shift into reverse and drive when I start the car in neural. Can’t get out of park gear when I start the car. What’s going on there

2. The check engine light is on and when we tested the code it threw a code 19 (lock-up control solenoid). How do I make this go away? What causes it? Does the 95 civic AT have more / less solenoids? Does this have a direct correlation to issue #1?

3. When I start the car in neutral, once I go into reverse or drive the idle gets bad and revs up and then down, almost like a vacuum leak, but only once I shift out of neutral. When I start in park no idle issues noted. When I start and stay in neutral no idle issues noted.

Drop me some knowledge please because I’m always learning about the wagon.
