Whoopee Doo RacingI hate D2B but that is the better option here. nearly every single part is discontinued for these transmissions and there are no LSD or gearing options. With the B20 trans we can use an MFactory LSD and change out the gearing as well (FD has to be custom made but everything else is modified stock or OTS).
In my research for my build I really think a B-swap and CRV trans with H22 guts and Mfactory LSD is the way to go. But that also requires some custom work in terms of mounting, and getting the gearset to fit.
What it comes down to is that there is nothing easy with the RTs. You've got to love them to even think about reliable power with them.
