90 manual fwd needs some love rusty arches and rockers!!

Hey guys,
I have a 1990 wagon that I really WANT to keep. As withmost Canadian old cars the arches and rockers are toast. Looking trough thethreads I came across this.

Seems like adapting the arches from a sedan is a goodoption. Any other suggestions?
What about rockers what have you guys used to replacethem? Custom or modified sedan?
Also where could I get this work done in the greaterVancouver?
