Interchangeable RTA's

Is the wagovan and RT rear trailing arms interchangeable? I noticed that where the wheel bearing attaches it has its own plate that bolts on to the rta. Could those plate be swapped out?

Basically I bent my RTA using the bushing removal tool. I'm going to try and bend them back but just in case it would be nice to have a back up and I've got a line on some 2wd ones.

    Good question. I've always been under the impression they're different. But it's possible it's just bearing carrier.

    If you've got time, I'd cross reference some part numbers.

    On another note, lots of people with lots of parts in the NW. I'm sure you wont have too hard of a time finding another set of RTAs. I sold a spare set last year.

    Where could I find a parts # diagram for the 2wd and 4wd. Any idea?

    It would take some fabricatin' to swap them. You'd have to cut on the 2wd ones pretty extensively to fit the RT bearing housing.
