Installed rear trunk liner and new weatherstrip.
1988-1989 civic sedan (all models) and 1990-1991 DX models never came with the carpet liner.
The most difficult part was lining up the holes and clips then drilling out the metal.
The plastic pieces are a bit scuffed / scratched but can be fixed.

note: The little blue dot has to line up with the trunk hatch to install properly.

Wow... clean is an understatement lol

Too bad it's not an EX. Still damn nice regardless.

Did you WD40 that bay? I have been ever since I saw your hatch clean up. Good stuff!

No, I had the entire car detailed by a local shop that I know the guy there.
He steam cleaned the engine bay for me.
I use the car in winter so it's usually below freezing here, too cold to wash the car myself outdoors.

    Heres the shop

May I ask where you got these floor mats?
I really want a BNIB set for my Shuttle, there's a guy I know that can reproduce them but I really want an OEM set.

Your Detailer did an awesome job man, It's like brand new! I'm jelly, it's the level I want my car to be.

I got them from a fellow ef parts collector in Oregon USA.
Good luck finding another set like this. Virtually impossible, unless you wait years !

    very clean car !!!
  • Yeah that's clean to the point of pissing me off really. My only solace is that it's an auto so at least I have something to not weep over. I didn't realize they phased out those strut tower braces, I bought one just a few months back, good thing I did.
