New RTX owner from Australia
RTX213
Band Wagon
Afternoon all, and greetings from the Land Down Under!
Recently purchased a 1988 RTX Wagon, a little rough around the edges but in all a pretty good car. Previous owner attempted some body repairs (possibly colour blind and with no idea!) of which im rectifying before doing too much more. The old girl only has 208,000kms on it, which isn't bad in my books. The little old D15B4 is still running great, gearbox and all other running gear is good. The interior has seen better days (mainly due to the summers here not being the kindest on interior vinyls and cloths). Otherwise she's pretty complete and a great run around and a good parts chaser for my '90 ED hatch project.
And yes im already discovering the fun of finding certain parts even though a good mate works at a Honda wreckers!
She's pretty much standard besides a set of headers, exhaust system and some wheels (15x7 running Kuhmo R800 in 205/65/15). My plan is to do a bit of a resto on her and try and get all the originals parts back up to scratch.
I'll get some pics up soon.

Otherwise, welcome!
Yeah the stock D15 is nothing impressive at all, makes me realise how good the one in my ED hatch is!
In the process of tidying up the body work in a couple of areas, but i'll chuck some more pics up soon.
Next big choice after i fix the dodgy header install and rear quarter repair, is to whether i lower it or do the usual strut swap and gain some height!
