GT Grant Steering Wheel Adapter

Hey guys! I just got a wooden grant steering wheel from a friend for my 91 wagon. The kicker is it was for a ford pickup. I already have a GT Grant wheel in my wagon with the 5 hole adapter and the nrg quick release. Any ideas for adapters or DIY's to get the ford one on the wagon?

    I assume its the 3 hole one? Grant makes a Honda adapter for that too. I have an American car wheel on my car
