corner light turn signal wont blink!

Need help new to the wagon world never owned a honda before either. The right side turns on but when I engage the turn signal it doesnt blink. The bumber and the tail light function as should. Read some other issuses and I already checked the ground and still nothing. I own a 1991 dx 2wd.

Corner lights are not turn signals unless someone has modified it. Park lights only from OEM

I might be confused I said I was new to the wagon game ahahaha but the corner lights I have are half clear and half amber with two bulbs one the driver side it blinks as I assume the passenger side should

Update I purchased contact cleaner sprayed down and cleaned all conections and still having same issue

What kind of headlights do you have then that have a signal in the headlight? Do you below signals still flash? I would say just try and trace the problem. Did it work before, and you tampered with some of the wiring than it stopped? Are there any shorts or lose wiring? Maybe you just need a new signal bulb. Did you try swapping it out with another. It should not be a hard fix.

Mine did this on one side only. It was the integrated control unit on the under dash fuse box. This is also the culprit if you lose the intermittent wiper function

My wipers work fine is this a piece I can fix or does it require replacing?

The ICU is a circuit board that controls many things. Unless you know how to repair circuit boards you just have to replace them. I usually see them with the wiper or the signal circuit burned on them
