Radio Wiring Which Color goes to what?!!

Can someone confirm the radio wiring colors for me.
I am trying to install a radio but do not have a diagram to go off.

Any help greatly appreciated!

    I have Googled it before I was hoping for confirmation from someone that the colors are correct.

    Radio Constant 12V+ Wire: White/Blue
    Radio Switched Ignition 12V+ Wire: Yellow/Red

    Just get an adapter they are $10 and save you a lot of work

    Adapter?
    The factory wires were cut.
    If I got an adapter I would still need to do the same thing wire in the factory wires to the adapter so why not just go factory wires straight to radio and save a step?

    I would still suggest hitting a junk yard and replacing the factory plug. This makes it way easier to swap head unit brands and to pull the stereo without making it a pain in the butt for the next person. It also makes the colors a non issue as the new plug would have them already there, just match them up.
