did yours come with the jail bars on the rear quarter windows?
  • ooo I love wagovans!
  • Yes sir. They rusted though.
  • Thanks people. Today was a day to get to know the car.
we let it idle for a good 15-20 minutes and it sounded like it was hesitating. Then i saw that oil was getting blown out the exhaust. I looked inside the intake air filter tube and felt oil in there. The vacuum line that leads into the intake filter tube is spitting oil into it really really really slow.

Did full synthetic oil change, checked super black/charred spark plugs and the last one wasn't catching thread and is stuck in there some how!?!?, and took a little more tint off. I can't wait for pay day!!!

  • You should look at your oil return lines makes sure everything is hooked up right and then I would do a catch can and breather on the valve cover

  • There is a colony of ants in the car. Saw them in the engine bay a couple days ago and today i saw them in the trunk today. This weekend im gonna take the carpet out and seats out too to try to take care of this "infestation!"251.jpg252.jpgSome more pictures of the civic with no tint(except the windsheild).253.jpg254.jpg255.jpg256.jpg
  • new inner/outer tie rods, drivers axle, o2 sensor, drivers lower ball joint. Great daily.

    redid roof supports and headliner.

    GodSpeed TypeRS full coilover.
Plans: bondo bodywork, macco paint or econo paint, rims, passenger axle, sway bar bushings, trunk carpet if anyone wants to sell one, tps, interior redone on 2 door panles and on the dash by the a/c blower
  • ants are out too
  • nice wagon!
  • Not bad. Have you figured out the spark plug problem? Sounds like the treads in there stripped or something? If they are i recommend buying the time-sert spark plug repair kit. http://www.timesert.com it is a little pricey but WELL worth the money. I used one of there kits to fix a stripped out motor mount on a 300hp civic i had and it never backed out not even one bit. And my opinion on the bamboo shifter is that it would be sick if you could get some nice carving work done on it or something.
