Having some window problems

So i'm assuming its a wagon thing because my old wagon did this as well. But whenever i roll down or roll rup the drivers side window it gets stuck or is just really hard to move. I'm just wondering if i need to take the door apart or not to fix it. I'm assuming I do. Just wanna get some input.

Mine was kinda like that. I took it apart and greased the mechanism and rails. I also lubed the window tracks with white silicone grease and it all works much better now. There's pics in my build thread if you wanna see.
