88-91 Hatch rear rust repair panels on wago

I bought 88-91 rear hatch rust repair panels and layed them in front of my friend. He said he would make them work. So far so good. Everything is cut out and flanged. We will be welding them in today and matching the trim and bumper lines with his body hammers.

Bad ass flanger makes life easy. Found ay Harbor Frieght http://www.harborfreight.com/catalogsearch/result?q=flange+tool. Here is a video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=r5uuZ1uWByE. The Body line for the plastic trim behind the rear door needs to be lined up with a body hammer as well as the body line at the rear bumper. seems to be coming along smoothly. Here my buddy is starting to hammer away to make the lines

I like the way this is turning out. The EF hatch rust repait panels give you more metal to work with.
