Ecu not throwing codes...

I just finished up a b16a swap into my wagon and I dont have an o2 sensor or knock sensor hooked up, But my p72 doesnt throw codes for them. I tried wiring them both in, but it still runs just as poor. It used to throw them when I had my ls in it, seems kinda strange. did my ecu take a turn for the worse?

usually if it has a check engine light on and will not throw codes you have one of two possible issues, ecu power/ground problem or bad ecu.

Well technically it does throw codes (iacv and coolant sensor), but no luck with o2.
