Passenger automatic seatbelt stopped working...?

My passenger side automatic seatbelt is like stuck and wont slide forward when I open the door anymore.... Does anyone know if there is a specific sensor or what it is that might be making it not work? All help is very much appreciated, thank you.

    I HEARD a honda dealership will fix it and that they have a lifetime warranty. Never actually tried it.

    Not the Auto-Slide.. Just the belt and recoil.
    Check fuses on Battery.. and door switch..

    all fuses seem to be okay, the auto-slide goes up and stays up, it doesnt go back down though you have to do it manually, and then right after you close the door it goes up :s.... i dont get it?

    i have the same in one of my sedan´s...what is the reason for that? does anybody have a elektrik diagramm for this? honda dealer in germany or europe doesnt have auto seat belt cars and also no reading stuff for this..
