Pedal box removal how to :)

Today I pulled the pedalbox out of my auto shuttle and got some pics so thought I'd share how to do it.
Bear in mind my wagon is right hand drive so everythign will probably be backwards for your usdm wagons.
Removing pedalbox
step 1 :
Drop steering column, I like to rest it on the seat so I can get under it.
step 2:
Unbolt the nuts holding it in. Remove the pin holding the brake pedal. What I did to make it easier to remove was push the pedal down so the booster moved away form the firewall which means you don't have to pull the pedalbox out as far to get it off the studs. At this point it would be a good idea to unbolt the fusebox and move it out of the way.
Unplug and/or remove the brake switch.
step 3:
Pull the hvac (heating ventilation air-conditioning) ducts out
You can see it in the top of the picture.
That will expose the 12mm bolt which will be holding the pedal box in.
Once the fusebox and HVAC ducts are out of the way It will be easier to remove the throttle cable. (you will need to remove/disconnect the engine side of the cable too).
Step 4:
Now you can pull the pedal box out.
Pedal box out
Now you can repair/replace your broken/ auto pedal box with a good one.
