What kind of wastegate are you using on that manifold??? Not too sure that manifold will work, unless you have a specific wastegate that going to have an extra flange on it for it to connect to your already welded dumptube
this was the shit i´ve bought (looks ugly but it worked) i hate it and it wasnt the best material because it was broken many times...i send it to a friend who is header welder and he send this to me back..
@ roasti...my honda master and friend nice to see you here, where are some pics from your shuttle?!
no problem! ever again..you mean the special 45° from the header to the downpipe..other wastegate doesnt have this or? it was a xs power turbo kit-but now i change part for part to make it "stronger" i want to have around 240 whp- in combination with 4wd i think this is enaugh for the little axles and diff´s
hey enrico, nice to read you here! yes i try to be a bit sleeper-stayed long time in brüssel and basel so nothing happened to the shuttle! next week time to change it..
what you mean with closed loop? why should i go an other way? the old version was also this way-only the header goes up instead forward- it wasent possible to put a heat shield on top!
i forgot to put the generator / dynamo in bevor swap the engine...lot work also installed the steering pump etc. and the bracket´s for the header shield are also done
Really good job with hiding everything and making the sleeper look, but what I don't understand is if you're doing all the sleeper stuff why cut the bumper to show the intercooler? or are you going to put a grille there or something? Anyways, the work you've done is great. keep up the good work.
I've been wanting to do a covert turbo build like this for a while using the stock airbox and oem heat shield. I would have kept the grill in the front bumper though. It still looks great though!
yes the problem is that i have bought the car with this cutted front bumper...hard to find a new one! i have one spare but i dont want to use it now...first i cut a metall grill and try to put this in! pictures follow-thanks for your statements
he is alife!!! but lot of little things to do you dont see at first..its very cool to get a kick from behind and all 4 wheels burn and make stripes in the sand...last night was funny my first 4wd
installed a walbro
and engine room finished with batterie and blue top bumper
dankeschön / thank`s! i try first to put ac in (from my ef sedan) but there´s not enaugh space kompressor / turbo! i have a glastop that`s enaugh i said
today have lot of fun...videos will follow soon my first mud mountains i have climbed and shuttle´s ass did his work very well
now i must do a digital messure with the front axles because more than 100kmh i cant drive because the car goes from right to the left...but i think its no problem only turn the correct positions with the computer.
I must say, your build is awesome. The undercover turbo setup is great. Looks like its gonna go pretty good. Good luck with the rest of your build and def keep the pics coming. Great job
