B20 swaped with 4WD?

ok im sure this has been asked before but help me out.
im about to buy this 4WD wagon. i wana throw a b20 in it. can i jus swap in a b20 with B16 tranny and call it a day, and still have the 4WD? is it that easy or is there alot more customizing and welding?
btw: this is what im gona buy. i think its kinda high for the miles. what u think. but it is in great cond.
