im sure those monster truck tires and bams peddling foot have some extra effect on it too!
another note on the injector turn off get in 3rd gear and bring it up to 5kish rpms let off without clutching and youll feel it coast a bit, then a small bump and then decellerate. that's your injectors turning off.
as for my "new" blue rt it's doing ok so far on snow tires and 180k on the ole a6. but this one doesnt burn any oil unlike the quart i was spewing every tank in the goldie
if you want i can pull all the data down for my Goldie, you can watch the steady decline of the poor old sohc zc. wish i had marked how much oil it was eating every tank
edit: this should do
if she was running i'd go do a wideband datalog to show you what happens. but im still looking at few more months
ok so Scrappy is pretty low on fuel ( with a freshly replaced fuel filter) and since i filled up @ the East Coast Honda Meet in Richmond, VA with the cheap stuff i will document my numbers this weekend ..
if i remember....
my question is who runs high test or mid grade gas in there stock wagon ..??
just a thought ive daily driven a 2012 ciVic Hybrid Toto and i have had it as high as 43.1 mpg ONLY ONCE & i was playing the gentle gas game by watching the LEDs color change on the dash ....
BUT its not how i drive Scrappy ....

That is all.
Was hoping you could chime in in this thread... not what I had in mind lol
But your wagon is twice as tall as ours. 2x height = 1/2 fuel economy.
