I just made a super legit plug and play harness =) I'm positive it will work. I wanted to learn how to do it because wiring is the one thing on a honda I haven't accomplished.

Get this beast running yet or am I going to have to fix when I get there? If I have to work on it I'm going to paint the bay back blue!

No not yet =( We re-wired the whole thing again following the diagrams from a shop manual. and did everything the way it appeared correct and still all it doe's is turn over never actually tries to start. Idk if its a fuel problem or a dizzy problem. I can check the spark but on obd1 if you don't have fuel you don't have spark vice versa.

    Its so irritating! haha

thanks a lot man =) hopefully it will run soon!

    so your not getting either??
  • slo88crx wrote:

Actually I just used a timing light to check and i am getting spark. so i'm assuming its the main fuel relay because the fuel pump stopped priming
  • turbo_tegturbo_teg Council Member
i thought a bad relay just kept the fuel injectors from working?
  • This is what happens when you forget to put the bolt on the ball joint lol

  • check the main relay if not that on the back of the fuse box there is a lil gray box wich is a circuit board u might have fried it. this happend to me. good luck.

alright I will check it out forsure. can you be more specific on the gray box location wise? or is it pretty easy to find? two injectors don't work.

Also did you email me on honda tech? your default looks super familiar.

its a gray lil box attached on the back of the fuse box under the dash take off the two nuts holding it on and disconnect the wires going to the whole fuse box front and back. dont forget to take off the neg battery cable. seperate the lil gray box from the fuse box and open it up if there are some burn spots then change it out. hopefully thats it take the lil gray box go to junk yard and check those out if u cant find a clean one take the one with least burnt spots. you can get them from any ef just make sure they have the same #code.

yea i wrote u on honda-tech for the bumper.

man u need to hide that battery. if u need something out of the fuse box let me know i have a spare one i can rob any special shit out of.

Yeah man I definatly need to hide the battery soon. I dislike where the battery's are located stock. I'm probably going to get a smaller battery and put it where the air box used to be in the bumper =) I'm going to brian at 12:30 today. hope fully he can fix the wiring. I'm sick of my car idling at 1500 and sounding like a dragster haha
  • Decided to go with the oem intake, personally I think they look cleaner. =)

Looks real nice! I'm diggin' the gold engine bay. Hate it when people just go flat black - or just leave the bay lookin' shitty. The gold is a nice clean touch especially with the Valve cover to match. Nice job!
    Plus those wheels are hot!
