LOL! Yeah that prob was me heading home from work. I work at the airport and don't get off till midnight but if flights are late around 1am or later. I live in Canal Winchester so I take 270 to 33 south. You got off at Hamilton at Ricart?
I work up at easton and usually work to 12-1 at night too. I'm right off of Winchester pike, it's faster for me to take Hamilton than Gender rd.
I'm sure somebody is snickering right now, yes there really is a gender road... and it's not full of crossdressers.
LOL! Yep, I sometimes take Gender to Winchester Pike to get to Hamilton, when I don't feel like taking 33. LOL
Finally getting around to fixing a few things on the wagon!
To do list:
1. Replace Thermostat
2. New suspension
3. Figure out whats causing my hood popper to only work half the time
4. Replace blown front speakers
5. New Tires
The 'hood popper' not working is usually because the radiator support has been moved or the latch has been moved. Usually it's because the cable is a diff. usable length due to being moved.

Hmmm...yeah its worked with no hiccups since I bought it back in October until the past month or so. I have tension in the line when I pull the release but its hit or miss on it popping. Its supposed to rain 2 of my 3 days off so hopefully saturday i get good weather so i can play around with it.
hoodpopper, usually misalignment, hood or mechanism ...
when a buddy pushes down the hood, pull handle all the way and hold ...
if't stays, you can try pulling the cable that extra bit ...
if not, see 1st line

Thanks for the info! Yeah ussually when it does not pop it requires someone else to push or pull down on the hood to get it to pop.
I replaced a bunch of stuff and some it was still good. Upper strut bushings, radius arm bushings, 1 decent strut, I have some spindles laying around (one needs a bearing), a couple sets of upper control arms.
I'm taking off out of town after I run a couple errands in the morning, shoot me a PM if you want to catch me before I leave.

I might possible take a set of upper control arms, not sure yet! Depends on if i keep the car..
So I've been looking for a long time now for a 2nd Wagon! Everytime I find one for sale its rust on wheels, or its Auto. So today I actually spotted one parked as I was leaving the bank. Really clean, stock and blue, so I pulled up next to it to hop out to see if it was a 5spd. Sure enough it was.
So I left a note on there window if they ever wanted to sell it to let me know, and left my number and email. Knowing my luck it will prob never happen, was wondering if anyone else has tried this approach and it actually worked out?
