i want to see it lowered with fresh painted black trim...
what kinda rims are you gonna throw on it???
I think you might be biased TIMELESS
Big changes since I saw it last! I like alot! Good work Stephen! 8)
i spent over an hour cleaning the underside of the hood. and at least 4 or 5 hours washing/vacuuming etc. for the SE meet. it made such a difference.
hopefully i will have a couple new things done for the fall IA meet. and i plan to have it painted and the front seats swapped by IA 2009.
at some point it will get boosted too.....
its funny, i have had at least a compliment a day since i dropped it. i passed some guy in an integra today and he stomped it to catch up, honk and tell me "nice car" with a thumbs up...
I've been debating taking mine off recently. I know they're rare and sought after, but when the wagon is lowered a lot not only do the guards scrub everything, but I think they look like they don't flow well.
Car is coming along nicely. Looks like I will have to work a little harder in finding you some wheels for this thing, or are you still interested in some 13's?
I just noticed you were in TN..
Me too....
Did you go to the summer IA meet?
i agree, thats why i took mine off. i am going to put on a rear lip to level off the bottom and i think it wil flow so much better i think they add a "look how dam low i am" flavor to dropped wagons, but personally i like them better off. i just wish i had been a member of this forum when i took them off so i wouldve known not to throw them away.....
yep. very good observation. i guess i should call it a ram air intake. this one is just temporary until i do the MPFI because the strut brace wouldnt go OVER the intake mani on there and it wouldnt go in front of the mani (like it is now) with my longer CAI on.
i was surprised at how much i like the 13's on there now, but if the tires were smaller i dont think i would like it at all. right now they fill the wheel wells pretty well. i think anything 13'-15' would look good as long as there was a little meat on them.
yep i am in the nashville area. i believe you are in my old neck of the woods in jackson? i am at every IA meet. i am friends with the guy who runs it so i always help out. this year i had set aside special parking for the few wagons who were there. there is a fall IA mini-meet in a couple of weeks, you should come. i posted about it in the meetings and events section.
thanks again for all the compliments, it feels good when people appreciate your efforts.....
next time you get to TN (next June i guess) hit me up and we will get some lunch and chill.....
and i should get special parking now, check my new pics ^^^
