actually cost about $35 8) I asked her what she wanted, she wanted wheels like mine! I'll drive the blue one to work this week ( about 160 miles) to shake it down, but I don't think there are any probs. About $950 invested- tag, title and all.
I'm about to be 19 and my insurance is around 196 every six months for liability. But I have a good record too, no tickets yet. I figure if it's the idiots fault they will have to cover it, but there is always a slim chance it's their fault but I take blame. lol
It's amazing how much difference that little bit of work made. Just painted wheels and trim rings combined with (a whole lot of) cleanup, and it's respectable again!
On its way to a "Princess Diaries" makeover, I believe.
this weekend she got:
2 new ac vents
wipers and cowl painted
bra
floormats
speakers
cupholder
hatch struts
hatch weatherstrip
one last wheel center cap
shock top cover in the back
started on rear flaps
probably more random junk, I forget...
