-New Front lip (Don't know what yet)
-Hopefully some JDM blinds
-Coilovers, Get lower

can't see the pictures and don't want to burst your bubble but if it really is a 87 you wont be able to find straight up coilovers for it, you're going to have do quite a bit of work but it will pay off in the long run because of the dope looks the car will have!

That door edge trim really accentuates the door lines. ...maybe a little too much for a white car.
  • Added some clear fog lights and relocated the license plate.

Also put in a 5-Panel, absolutely love it!

    Next on the list:
-New Tires, trying to decide on lower profile or current profile
    -1" & 1/4 wheel spacers 4x100 on Craigslist for $140 gonna offer $100
-Springs. Need to find out what springs will work, possibly gonna go lower, but mainly for a smoother ride.
  • New night shot with lights. Soo bright!

I didn't get it at first either, just pick up a can of plastidip spray from any hardware store. Get the feel of spraying it on something else first, then just throw on a bunch of coats. I sprayed everything then peeled off around the parts I didn't want it to be black, but sliced it with a knife so it wouldn't tear. Its super simple.

Got new wheels and tires finally! Str 505's, 2.5" lip, -10 offset. Tires Blacklion 195/50r15. Finally flush.

It took forever for the Admin to get my post fuctional, so maybe yours will turn up sooner or later. But I'm diggin what you did with the front piece! Where'd you get that sticker bomb? I was thinking of plasti-dipping that part and a little bit of the hood for a make shift bra, since there sadly doesn't seem to be one for this generation.

So bad news for my sweet sweet Swagovan. I was driving on the freeway when suddenly it stopped accelerating, looked down to see the cluster lights on and realized it had died pulled over on the side and gave it a rest then tried to start her. Wouldn't go, it turns over and over but won't fire up. So had to ghetto tow it (thanks to a good friend, a sweet jeep, and a tow strap) and it now sits at my mechanics shop.

We think it may be the icm, a bad coil. But I also heard of a friend who had the same problem in a crx and it turned out to be the distributor That because the beast of a 1.5L gets so hot you have to put in platinum plugs in it, plus a new distributor. Can anybody confirm this? I'm living Flatbroke Status because of my last investment in wheels, plus the adventure of Senior Prom threw all my money out the window :encouragement: So I'm hoping not to much money will be needed, but whatever it takes to get my baby back driving!

Do NOT use Platinum plugs... NGK ONLY!! I prefer NGK R. these 8 valve 1.5L engines actually produce VERY little heat compared to others.
Does your car still currently have the original carburetor?
  • xXxNEVERfallxXxxXxNEVERfallxXx New Wagonist
    It is not the original.
  • ChaifeChaife Instagram grand master
12 Valve engines*** excuse me. Do you know which carb it is?
    Any engine pics?
