Ok so before I went on my little Vacation to FL I picked this bad boy up. At first it was for parts but now it will be basically a body swap. Luckily for me I bought this one almost all the way stripped. The reason behind it is because my current driver wagon is just about completely rusted through. So I'll just remove everything off the stripped one get it all cleaned up and probably repainted. Then slowly swap all the parts over from my old wagon!!
Today I pulled the engine and tranny out. Yesterday I pulled all the trash and nasty interior pieces out of the car and started cleaning it up!
Check out my sweet bubble oil pan!! haha I taklked to Bam about it and he said that because it was full of water that it probably swelled up when it froze!!
I was very happy to see that it already had a factory roof rack on it!!
Started working on the Z6 a little today. And the sweet door graphics. I hope I can find someone to remake them when I'm done!
Stay tuned for updates if the weather is good tomorrow I will probably break out the pressure washer and start cleaning!!
Hey Slo -
Very ambitious project - I can only admire your work ethic! I was going to comment on your rust issues, but it appears that you have solved the problem - an entire new body!!

Thanks Rob ATM I have no job so this is what has been keeping me busy. Unfortunately I'm not gonna start tearing into the other one until I have a job to fund any problems I may run into!
Oh I am def getting the graphics redone. Already got someone who offered to do then for me
Wowzers....my head is spinning a bit. I found your first 90 wagon build last night and read the whole damn thing on my iPhone laying in bed when I should have been going to sleep. Gave myself a headache lol. Woke up and read it over again, then moved on to your other thread and then to this one. What a trip it's been over the past couple years! I gotta say that first '90 wagon is one of my favorites. I fell in love with Justin-XXX's wagon and realized that this was the original inspiration, so reading your thread was kinda like a mini trip to online wagon mecca. Can't give you enough props, and was super sad when I came to the part where it got totaled. Seems like so many of the thread on shuttles I love end up getting stolen, crashed, or sold off out of nowhere. Sad panda. Anyways just wanted to thank you for all of the great info you put out there, you are definetly a big stancespiration!

I could be wrong, but didn't I see this car up for sale?
Yea I sold it! I just couldn't get over the rust and I got a job so I ran out of time to swap all over to the other shell. Plus I was having trouble getting the title for the other shell. So I sold it and bought a mint 90 si hatch. I will get another wagon one day just not right now I have three cars now and they all serve a purpose. (sold my fit too) Just got too busy with building my CRX for boost, job, and taking care of all the maintenance on my house! The house alone is a full time job! But I will be back and with vengeance!

Look the paint isn't in that bad of shape!
That's all for now going out of town for the weekend more updates to come on Monday!
Did the same thing for our wagon in the fall as the A6 was getting a little weak on number 4.
