Ya, and considering it was both sides.. I did have the GoPro running, so it could have been interesting if things had gone wrong.. LOL

    For Sale real soon!

the worst part it that I had to remember the tranny kick down linkage.. I kept it automatic when I did the multi-point swap. Just had to get a PS9 Ecu from a 90-91 EX.. The linkage on the throttle body was all custom made..

I would really like to see pics of this setup if possible! I am preparing to to a Multi-port swap on my LX Auto sedan, and I noticed the kick down linkage would need a bracket from the EX or RT Auto. Maybe even the cable. I was never able to find these parts, but I did get some off an accord Throttle body that look like they will work, with just a little modification.

I'll get you a pic soon..
This Tropical Storm Debby won't leave, she is just sitting there right off the coast and dumping buckets of rain and tons of wind We are on day 3 and there the storm sits..
Endless rain is so much funnnn(NOT)..

I got my accord bracket and throttle pulley installed, and I had to grind off a little nub on my throttle body, which wasn't letting the bracket sit flush against the TB. Cable looks good to go, I just won't know whether the length is right until i get into the project. Bad news is, my head gasket is seriously blown now, thanks to apparently a leaky radiator. Just one more thing on the endless list of repairs.... Anyway, let me know when you do get a chance to snap those pics, I'm still curious about what setup you have. It is using factory parts or some home-made artwork?

    I'll get them today..
  • ok cool lol. I just finally got back on here after like a week and saw this!
  • DRMORTYDRMORTY Council Member
After many request here are finally some pics

My throttle linkage & kick-down cable that make it possible for me to have multi-point and an automatic trans

If I remember correctly the cable wheel was off an 90-93 accord and the cable arm was off a DB integra with and automatic trans.

It works smooth & this is the second motor I have run this setup on. I am using a PS9 ECU(90-91 Civic EX, auto), but you can also just use the DB Auto Ecu.. I just noticed that it ran a little richer than I wanted, so I took the time to find a PS9.

Planning on Painting Her Black Adding some Goodies....

Think, I'm gonna replace my shop suburban with her.. We run just to many errands to be driving a suburban all the time..
  • DRMORTYDRMORTY Council Member
    Suburban is sold..

Dick & Jane is going to replace the Swat Suburban.. That is I am going to make her look like a little Murdered-Out Urban Assault vehicle.. Black on Black with Black wheels and Black Push Bar. She is going to a friend for a little work.. The lift kit is coming off her and going to my Red SC ZC AT AWD Wagon ( I just like spelling it out )..

Here is my Suburban I just sold.. I am going to mimic it on a wagon scale.. LOL

    As far as the Lift...

Remember my car is a DX Automatic 2 wheel drive, so stock it sits lower than a RT. With the lift on, I am taller than an RT.

My RT Wheels are sitting on 185/70R14, which I plan to change to 195/75R14 or 205/75R14

-The Front Rides Fine.. I have a little negative camber, which I'll be fixing soon with an adjustable camber kit.
-The Back Rides stiffer than stock, but I don't mind.
-Stance is pretty level.. I think it looks better than stock.

    After with taller tires
