In fact, the speedo cable that's in your car came from a '90 DX auto (the one you saw in my yard w/ no rear suspension). Same car donated the rear crossmember!
Okay, so the speedometer doesn't work, but I got another one and the clip from another Wagon and hopefully that solves the problem.
Some other items scored at the junkyard were:
Misc. nuts, screws, and bolts
Flywheel cover
Spare tire cover with foam attached to the metal (thought it would help with sound deadening)
Rear EF sedan 'Honda' mudflaps
Battery L shaped block off plate
Speedometer cable and clip
Bracket that goes on the stock airbox
Hood prop
I still need 1994-2001 Integra front suspension forks!!!!
And now my poem... lol
Oh Wagon Wagon Wagon,
When will you be done?
I’m tired of this nonsense,
When can we have fun?
Fuck you, fuck you, fuck you.
Oh Wagon, when will you stop being such a bitch?
If not soon, I am going to drive you into a ditch.

I love the poem. and I love threads like this that involves a ton of maintenance

Sweet. This is awesome! And I finally found that writeup about the crossmember on my Wagon.
It turns out that the speedometer cable somehow came unplugged from the back of the cluster. And I also put the clip in where the cable meets the tranny. I just moved the car back and forth and pushed the cable down until I felt the cable drop in.
I painted the wheels
My girlfriend cleaned the crap out of the interior (shes awesome!)
I got half of my suspension done because I was sent a 1990-1993 Integra forks instead of 1994-2001
And I gave Charlie his first bath!
No pictures of the half drop or the bath, it was dark and late.
My JDM cobweb. haha
More pictures tomorrow, and possibly more updates Tuesday! Parts are coming in!
Thanks! I had the idea bouncing around for a while, but the weather would never allow me to paint.
And when I saw your wheels they looked like what I had thought of, but kind of a reverse.
I am pretty OCD with my wheels as well, if the coat doesn't look right I sand it down and restart.
I never knew how bad some people were at spray painting until I bough a couple sets of used wheels. haha
Oh, and I took the tint off! It was really easy! Just start one corner and peel the rest away in one big sheet!
I just have to get the adhesive off the windows now. I already sliced my finger. 3 windows down, 6 to go.

Will a 2WD speedo cable work on my 4WD?
